Application & Installation

How do I apply the product?

Clean your surface thoroughly and let it dry completely. Peel back a small section of the backing, align the decal to your desired position, and slowly smooth it onto the surface using a flat tool or your hand, working out any air bubbles as you go.

Can I reposition or remove it?

Yes! Our peel-and-stick products are designed to be reposition-able and removable. Simply peel from a corner slowly and evenly. We recommend using a heat gun to or best results.

What surfaces does it work on?

Our products adhere best to smooth, flat, and clean surfaces such as painted drywall, glass, tile, and wood. Textured or porous surfaces may affect adhesion.

Will it damage my walls?

When applied and removed correctly, our products should not damage walls. We always recommend testing a small area first, especially on freshly painted walls (wait at least 30 days after painting).

Measure the height and width of your wall or surface in inches or centimeters. Each product listing includes coverage details to help you calculate the quantity you need.

Are the colors true to the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, screen settings can vary. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering a sample before committing to a full order.

Is it waterproof or moisture resistant?

Our products are moisture resistant, making them suitable for kitchens and bathrooms. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged or exposed to prolonged direct water contact.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates will vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
