Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times We ship from international suppliers. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2-4 weeks
- International: 3-6 weeks
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3-5 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at within 7 days. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
